FAQ

Twenty-two answers, including the awkward ones

Everything agencies ask before buying, plus the questions about our own claims that most sites avoid putting in writing.

The kits

A blueprint of a sub-account — workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom values, templates — that you load into a new sub-account. It does not carry contacts, conversation history, phone numbers or most account settings, which is why every kit ships with documentation covering what still has to be set.

Nine components: AI receptionist, AI outbound caller, AI chatbot, professional website, smart appointment system, review harvesting, review automation, database reactivation and lifetime nurture campaigns. Every kit contains all nine and nothing else.

Because they are the nine things a service business needs to stop leaking enquiries. A kit that added a tenth thing for one niche would be padding. What changes between kits is the configuration — the qualifying questions, the completion trigger, the intervals, the language.

Harvesting is the capture moment: the completion trigger, the satisfaction gate, one clean ask at the right time. Automation is the engine around it: the follow-up cadence, the rotation between Google and Facebook, the monthly reporting. Two jobs, kept separate so neither is half-built.

22, one per niche, across home and trade services, health and wellness, professional services, and hospitality. If your client does not match one, say so — we would rather tell you than sell you the nearest fit.

Yes, and you should. Every kit is configured to a sensible default for its niche and expects you to set the business-specific values. Included support covers adjusting the automations and adding a few more.

Buying, delivery and support

Within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation.

12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. It covers the snapshot and its automations — adjusting workflows inside the kit, adding a few more, tuning triggers and message copy.

Third-party integrations, third-party API work and custom software development. Those are quoted separately or delivered via a VA. All three are real services here rather than a polite refusal — see integrations, APIs and custom software.

No. Kits are one-time purchases with unlimited installs into sub-accounts you own or manage. Services are quoted per engagement. Nothing on this site recurs.

As many as you own or manage. The licence does not permit reselling the snapshot itself as a product.

A snapshot is digital goods and cannot be returned once loaded, so we would rather stop you buying the wrong one. Tell us about the client before you buy and we will name the kit, or tell you none of them fit.

How the system runs

Lead capture and first contact, a ten-day multi-channel nurture, booking and no-show prevention, reviews and social proof, then lifetime nurture and retention. Every kit wires all five into a sub-account on day one.

It is the design target for the recovery flow, supplied by the product team. It is not a measured result from a named customer, and it is never published as review or rating structured data. Your own figure depends on your list, your offer and whether a human is available for live conversations.

The same — a design target for an active local business, not a measurement. It scales with how many customers you actually complete work for.

They are arithmetic, not results. Every kit page states the scenario its figures come from and gives you a calculator to substitute your own inputs, including a multiplier for how many sub-accounts you would load it into.

No. In regulated niches — legal, dental, chiropractic, med spa, insurance, mortgage — they are configured explicitly to capture and route, and to escalate anything requiring professional judgement to a person. The escalation rules are part of the configuration.

Reviews, claims and trust

Because they are. SubaccountKit is a new business, and rather than invent testimonials we show clearly-labelled placeholders so the interface is complete while we wait for real customers. When real reviews arrive, one change swaps them in and turns the structured data on at the same time.

Not while the review data is placeholder. Publishing invented ratings as Review or AggregateRating markup is a documented Google manual-action risk, so search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are genuine.

Because we would have to make them up. The catalogue, the component list and the documentation are what you can judge us on today.

No. SubaccountKit is an independent build shop. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

Yes, and we do it often enough that every kit page carries a "not built for" list. A half-undone snapshot is worse than an empty account.
