GoHighLevel sub-account kits for clinics, studios and wellness businesses

Six kits for businesses that sell a diary. The unit of revenue is an appointment, the unit of loss is an empty chair, and almost every automation here exists to protect one or recover the other.

6 kits in this group9 components in every kit$850–$1,000Delivered in 1–2 business days

A clinic, a studio and a salon are the same business with different words. Capacity is fixed, it is sold in slots, and an unsold slot cannot be sold later — it simply does not exist any more. That single economic fact is why the automation in these six kits looks nothing like the trade kits, even though it is the same nine components underneath.

The three levers are recall, rebooking and no-show recovery. Recall brings back the patient whose six-month check is due, the client whose plan lapsed in week two, the member whose attendance quietly stopped. Rebooking fills the next slot while the person is still in the building or still holding their phone. No-show recovery reaches somebody within the hour rather than at the end of the day, because a gap found at 9:20 can sometimes still be filled by 11:00.

What differs between the six is the interval and the language. A dental recall is measured in months and is a clinical obligation. A grooming interval depends on the breed. A gym’s critical window is the first thirty days of a membership. A treatment room rebooks on a course, not a visit. Each kit carries its own interval logic and its own vocabulary rather than a generic “book again soon”.

6 sub-account kits in this group

One per niche. Pick the one that matches where the enquiries come from — never load two into the same sub-account.

Health & wellnessSK-DENT

Dental Practice Sub-Account Kit

Configured for a practice diary: recalls that run themselves, unaccepted treatment plans followed up, gaps in the book filled the same hour.

  • Recall reminders paced from each patient's own last visit, not a monthly blanket email
  • Unaccepted treatment plans followed up, which is the largest recoverable revenue in a practice

Health & wellnessSK-CHIR

Chiropractic Clinic Sub-Account Kit

Configured for care-plan attendance: new patients booked fast, plan drop-off caught in week two, lapsed patients invited back properly.

  • Plan drop-off detection, because a patient who misses two visits usually never returns
  • New-patient enquiries booked on the call, when intent is at its highest

Health & wellnessSK-SPA

Spa & Wellness Sub-Account Kit

Configured for a treatment diary: bookings taken while the desk is busy, packages tracked, rebooking prompted at the right interval per treatment.

  • Rebooking prompts paced per treatment rather than a single generic thirty-day reminder
  • Package and membership balances tracked and surfaced before they expire

Health & wellnessSK-GYM

Gym & Fitness Studio Sub-Account Kit

Configured for membership retention: trials booked instantly, the first thirty days scripted, and attendance drop-off caught before the cancellation.

  • Attendance-based churn defence, which is the only retention signal a gym reliably has
  • A scripted first thirty days, because that is when new members decide whether to stay

Health & wellnessSK-SLN

Salon & Barber Sub-Account Kit

Configured for a chair-side business: bookings answered without stopping mid-cut, rebooking paced per service, cancellations filled the same hour.

  • Rebooking paced per service — a fringe trim and a full colour are not the same interval
  • Cancellation gap-filling, because a chair empty at 2pm is revenue that expires at 3pm

Health & wellnessSK-PET

Pet Care Sub-Account Kit

Configured around the pet, not just the owner: grooming intervals per breed, boarding peaks handled, reminders that owners actually welcome.

  • Grooming intervals set per pet, so the reminder arrives when the coat actually needs it
  • Boarding season demand handled without the phone becoming unusable

What the phone actually does

Four shapes of demand these kits are built around

Configuration follows demand. If your client's phone does something else, the kit is the wrong one and we would rather say so.

01

The chair that is empty at 2pm

The most expensive thing in the business, and it is invisible in the accounts because it never appeared as revenue. Same-hour gap filling — a short list of people who said they would take a cancellation, contacted the moment one happens.

02

The person who is due and does not know it

Six-month checks, care plans, seasonal treatments, grooming intervals. Recall is the highest-return automation in this whole group and it is the one most often run off a paper diary and somebody’s memory.

03

The drop-off nobody logged

Attendance that thins in week three. A care plan abandoned after two sessions. Nobody cancels; they simply stop. Catching it needs a behaviour trigger, not a cancellation trigger.

04

The reception desk that cannot answer

Somebody is at the desk, mid-treatment, mid-cut, handling a client in front of them. The phone rings anyway. Every one of these kits assumes the desk is busy and answers on its behalf.

Same nine, configured differently

Where these kits diverge from every other group

Every kit on this site carries the same nine components. These four are the ones that are configured most distinctly for this group.

Illustrative scenario

What a no-show actually costs, with the arithmetic shown

Assumptions

  • a practice running 90 appointments a week
  • a no-show rate of 8%, so roughly 7 slots a week
  • an average appointment value the practice can fill in itself
  • no-show recovery aiming at the 70% target the system is designed around

Seven empty slots a week is the number to work with. Recovering most of them is what the within-the-hour recovery call is for, and the 70% figure is the target the component is built to hit rather than a measured result from a customer — this is a new product and we will not pretend otherwise. Put the practice’s own appointment value against seven slots a week and the conversation stops being about software and starts being about a gap they already have.

Who this is wrong for

Three businesses we would talk out of it

  • Practices that do not control their own diary — if bookings are owned by a third-party platform you cannot write to, the appointment components have nothing to hold.
  • Anyone who wants automated clinical advice. These kits deliberately refuse to give it, and that boundary is not configurable.
  • Single-operator businesses fully booked six weeks ahead, where the constraint is capacity rather than demand.

Saying who a kit is wrong for is the most useful thing on the page. If none of these describes your client, the kit fits.

Delivery and support

What is in the box, and what is a separate job

Clear edges make a better engagement than a long list of exclusions. Here is where the included support ends and where a quote begins.

Included with every kit

  • Support for the snapshot itself and everything inside it
  • Adjusting the automations that ship with the kit
  • Adding a few more automations alongside them
  • Tuning triggers, timings and message copy in the components
  • Help getting the kit loaded and configured in your sub-account

Quoted separately, or run by a VA

  • Third-party integrations with systems outside the sub-account
  • Third-party API work, in either direction
  • Custom software and middleware development
  • Ongoing campaign management run on your behalf

All four are real services we offer — seeintegrations, APIs and custom software. They are scoped and quoted so you know the cost before anyone starts.

Questions specific to this group

No, and that is deliberate. The receptionist and chatbot configurations in the clinical kits book, confirm, remind, reschedule and reassure. They are explicitly configured to hand anything clinical to a human, and that boundary is not something we treat as tunable.

By interval logic. A dental recall runs on a fixed clinical cycle and is the same for most patients. A grooming interval depends on the breed and the coat, so the pet care kit carries per-breed intervals rather than one number. Both are the same component with different configuration, which is the point of the nine-component structure.

They will, but you should not run both. Two systems asking the same client for a review a day apart is the fastest way to make a good customer stop opening messages. Turn one off, and if the existing tool is doing the job, keep the kit’s review components unpublished — the load sheet tells you which ones those are.
