Terms of service
Last updated September 2026. These terms cover buying a snapshot kit and engaging a service.
1. Who we are
SubaccountKit builds GoHighLevel sub-account snapshots and provides configuration services for agencies. Contact: hello@subaccountkit.com.
2. Snapshot licence
Buying a kit grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to load that snapshot into an unlimited number of GoHighLevel sub-accounts that you own or manage, including sub-accounts you operate on behalf of your clients.
The licence does not permit you to resell, sublicense, repackage or distribute the snapshot itself as a product, whether on its own or as part of a bundle. Using it to build accounts for paying clients is exactly what it is for; selling the snapshot is not.
3. Delivery
Kits are delivered within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Delivery is digital.
4. Installation support
Each kit purchase includes 12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. Support covers the snapshot and its automations — adjusting the workflows inside it, adding a small number of additional automations, and tuning triggers, timings and message copy.
Support does not cover third-party integrations, third-party API work, or custom software development. Those are quoted separately, or delivered via a VA, and are available as a service.
5. Refunds
Snapshots are digital goods and cannot be returned once delivered. We would rather prevent a wrong purchase than argue about one afterwards, so tell us about the client before buying and we will tell you which kit fits, or that none of them do.
6. Services
Service engagements are scoped and quoted individually before work begins. The written scope is what we are agreeing to deliver. Changes to scope are re-quoted rather than absorbed silently.
Where we need access to your GoHighLevel agency, you grant only the access required and may revoke it at any time. We work inside your agency, under your branding, and do not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.
7. What we do not promise
Figures shown on this site describing time saved or return on investment are illustrative scenarios with their assumptions stated, provided so you can substitute your own numbers. They are not measured results from customers and are not a guarantee of performance.
The 70% no-show recovery figure and the target of 5–10 reviews per month are design targets for the system, supplied by the product team. Your results depend on your offer, your list, your market and your team.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, lead volume, conversion rate or revenue outcome.
8. Third-party platforms
SubaccountKit is an independent build shop. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. SubaccountKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. Snapshots depend on the GoHighLevel platform continuing to support the features they use. Platform changes outside our control may require you to adjust a kit; we will help within your included support window.
Compliance with messaging regulations, carrier registration requirements, review platform policies and any professional or regulatory obligations in your industry is your responsibility. We will point out where a line exists; we cannot decide where it sits for your business.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a kit purchase or a service engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the date of that purchase, and the date at the top of this page records the current version.
11. Governing terms
Any dispute is dealt with under the law applicable at our place of business. Talk to us first — most things are a conversation rather than a dispute.
