This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.
Bulk Sub-Account Provisioning
The service only a sub-account specialist can offer: an entire portfolio provisioned, configured and tested as one batch.
What you get back
- Every sub-account created, named to your convention and correctly tiered
- The chosen kit loaded into each one, with all nine components configured
- Per-client configuration populated from one structured intake sheet, not retyped
- Numbers, sending domains and calendars set per account
- A recorded test pass on every account before any of them are handed over
- One build sheet per sub-account, plus a portfolio-level index
How it runs
- 01
Intake sheet
You fill one structured sheet — one row per client, one column per configurable value. This replaces the twenty separate conversations that normally make bulk rollouts impossible.
- 02
Batch creation
All sub-accounts are created in one pass, named to your convention, tiered correctly and assigned to the right users.
- 03
Batch load
The kit goes into every account with message-sending components held back, so nothing can fire at a live contact list during provisioning.
- 04
Row-by-row configuration
Each account is configured from its row in the intake sheet. Anything the sheet does not answer is flagged rather than guessed.
- 05
Test and release
Each account gets its own recorded test pass. Accounts are released together, or in waves if you would rather stagger client onboarding.
The problem batches create
Provisioning one sub-account is a task. Provisioning forty is a different job entirely, and the thing that breaks is never the loading — it is the configuration. Forty accounts means forty sets of business names, service areas, offers, hours, phone numbers, booking links and review URLs, and the usual method for collecting them is forty email threads.
This service replaces those threads with one sheet.
One sheet, one pass
You get a structured intake sheet: one row per client, one column per configurable value. Fill it, send it, and every account in the batch is configured from it. The values that make a sub-account sound like a real business stop being the bottleneck, because they arrive as data rather than as conversation.
Anything a row does not answer is flagged and returned to you as a short list, rather than filled in with a plausible guess.
Nothing sends during provisioning
Message-sending components are held back until an account has passed its test. A batch rollout is precisely the situation where a published sequence can reach a live contact list at scale, and it is not a mistake you get to make twice.
Released together or in waves
Some agencies want the whole portfolio live on the same morning. Others want five accounts a week so onboarding calls stay manageable. Both are the same job to us; tell us which in the intake.
Where this leads
Most agencies who run one batch end up wanting their own version of the kit rather than a catalog one. That is a configuration conversation, and the sensible time to have it is after the first batch, when you have seen which parts your clients actually use.
Reviews
Reviews of this service
These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.
Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.
A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.
Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.
Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.
Questions
Ten. Below that, individual [sub-account setup](/services/sub-account-setup/) is the better value, because the batch efficiencies do not exist yet.
Yes. The intake sheet has a kit column, and mixing kits across a batch costs nothing extra.
The honest answer is that in-house is cheaper if you already have a documented process and a spare builder. This is for agencies who have neither and a deadline.
