Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. Short, because this site collects very little.

What this site collects

Three things, and nothing else:

  • Contact enquiries. When you submit the form on the contact page we receive the name, email address, company, sub-account count, interest and message you typed. That enquiry is delivered to our internal notification channel so a person can reply to it.
  • Preferences stored in your browser. Your theme, accent palette, accessibility settings and cookie choice are saved in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.
  • Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records requests to this site as part of delivering it. We do not combine those logs with anything else.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising trackers, no pixels, no third-party analytics loaded without consent.
  • No selling, renting or sharing of enquiry data with anyone.
  • No accounts, no passwords, no payment details taken on this website.
  • No profiling and no automated decision-making about you.

Cookies and local storage

Essential storage — your theme, palette, accessibility settings and your cookie choice — is used regardless, because without it the site cannot remember how you asked it to look. Nothing analytics-shaped loads unless you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can reopen that banner at any time from the link in the footer.

How long we keep an enquiry

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of what was agreed. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to us holding it. Email hello@subaccountkit.com and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Processors we rely on

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact enquiries are delivered through a webhook to our internal notification tool. Email we send to you is delivered by our email provider. Those three organisations process data on our behalf, and we do not use any other processor for this website.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
